This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of Redcurrent's Online Service (the Service) including shopping and participation in promotions run by Redcurrent. You can access this Agreement at any time from the bottom of any page of the site.
By accessing, browsing or placing an order on this website you agree to be bound by the associated terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability (Terms & Conditions).
Redcurrent will over time provide content and information which children may find interesting and may wish to access. However, no one under the age of 13 years is allowed to provide any personal information. Minors under the age of 18 years are prohibited from making purchases, including subscriptions, on the Service.

#myredcurrent Win a $100 Gift Card Competition
Anyone who shares a post of their beautiful Redcurrent product on Facebook or Instagram and includes the hashtag #myredcurrent will go into the draw to win a $100 Redcurrent Gift Card. One winner will be selected each month from the pics posted during that month. The winner will be contacted social media platform they shared the image on. It is the winner's responsibility to respond to Redcurrent and if a winner does not respond within one week of the original winner announcement an alternate winner may be drawn. Your account must be public for entries to be viewed and automatically entered into the draw. Private account holder entries will not be entered automatically, however, you can share a pic to your followers and then email a screen shot to firstname.lastname@example.org and the entry will be counted.
RedFriend Monthly Prize Draws
All RedFriends are automatically entered in the draw to win our favourite product each month. One winner is drawn per store including online. Products change each month and are announced on our websites homepage. Winners will be drawn at the start of each month and the decision is final. Winner will be phoned or emailed and requested to respond to confirm they have received the message and would like to claim the prize. It is the winner’s responsibility to respond to Redcurrent and if a winner does not respond within one week of the original contact an alternative winner may be drawn. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or Redcurrent product. Any RedFriend who does not want to be a part of the competition can either email Redcurrent at email@example.com prior to the draw or following the drawn if selected as the winner they can decline the prize when contacted or not reply to claim the prize.
When you place an order, we will require your name, email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details. This information is required in order to process your request or inform you of acceptance of our order. You will be asked to register as a member of Redcurrent. Apart from the many member benefits, including receiving regular emails containing information on new product arrivals and promotions, your shopping address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout. You can remove yourself from the email list by using the link at the bottom of each email or by contacting customer services.
After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.
Should there be an issue with your order, one of our Customer Services team will contact you either by phone or email.

Price, Currency & GST
All prices on this website are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the 15% Goods & Services Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), we do not accept payments in other currencies, however, do accept overseas payments. Redcurrent reserves the right to change prices of goods advertised on this website, without notice.
Redcurrent does not guarantee the price of any item listed on this website until your order has been processed. Whilst Redcurrent takes steps to ensure the price and details of products listed are correct, if they are incorrect, Redcurrent reserves the right to cancel the order and refund.
Payment and Security
Products displayed on the site can be purchased using secure online Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.
Any orders received by Redcurrent through this website constitute offers and are subject to acceptance by Redcurrent in its absolute discretion. Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full.

If you order through our website, we will only deliver products to New Zealand and Australia. Prices are in New Zealand dollars. Your credit card will be billed in NZD. If you are using an International credit card, please check with your credit card provider for exchange rates and applicable fees. GST must be included for all goods delivered in New Zealand.
Offers on special product mark downs or sale items are available until stocks sell out. All orders are subject to availability of stock and confirmation of the order price.

Changing an Order
Unfortunately no changes to orders may be made after they have been submitted. If you are unhappy with your purchase once you receive it, you may return it to us. See below for further information regarding returns and exchanges.
Confirmation and Tracking of Your Order
Once your order has been received and processed we will send you an email stating that your order and payment have been accepted and dispatched. You will receive a tracking number so that you have the ability to track your order online.
Instore Gift Vouchers
Redcurrent In-store Gift Vouchers can be purchased online in denominations ranging from $25-$500.
Redcurrent Instore Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in store only, (not online) for the product/s of your choice. Any remaining balance may be used on subsequent purchases. Instore Gift vouchers purchased online will be delivered free of charge, in a separate parcel to the rest of your order and a signature is required on delivery. Gift Vouchers are not returnable or redeemable for cash and cannot be used towards the purchase of another Gift Voucher. A Gift Voucher expires 6 months from the day of purchase. Any unused balance remaining on the gift voucher at expiry will not be refunded or credited.
Redcurrent shall not be responsible for any Gift Voucher that may be lost, stolen or damaged.
Online Gift Vouchers
Online Gift Vouchers are 'electronic' gift vouchers that are sent via email. They can be redeemed online only and cannot be used at our retail stores. These vouchers cannot be used to purchase an instore gift voucher.
They are valid for 6 months. The voucher is sent to the receiver's e-mail address and can be redeemed using a secret code. If you prefer to order a 'hard copy' voucher for use in store, please purchase an 'Instore Gift Voucher'.
Birthday vouchers are only sent out if you are actively signed up to our emails and have updated your subscriber preferences with your birthday details. They are sent via email on your birthday. One use per customer. Purchase must be $40 or more. Voucher must be spent in one transaction and no change will be given. Excludes Gift Vouchers, Glasshouse, Savon, MOR & Ecoya products. Delivery costs apply. Vouchers cannot be used as a down payment for laybys. Voucher is valid for two months from date issued. Redeem code in the promotional code box on the far right at the checkout.

This Service provides general information about Redcurrent Limited and the products and services they offer. The information contained in the Service has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about Redcurrent and the services and products they offer.
Redcurrent reserves the right to change, delete or move any of the material on the Service at any time without notice. Redcurrent and its affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to or inability to access the Service.
This includes viruses alleged to have been obtained from the Service, your use of or reliance on the Service or any of the information or materials available on the Service, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action.
Liabilities & Guarantees
If you are requiring goods from us for business purposes, then the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to be MCM-136860-1-D1-V2:GT inconsistent with consumers’ rights under that Act. If there is any inconsistency then the Act shall prevail.
To the maximum extent permitted by law we shall not be liable for any loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special loss, damage or injury of any kind whatsoever suffered by you arising directly or indirectly from any breach of contract or any negligence by us. Our liability for any loss, damage or injury to you shall not in aggregate exceed the contract price of the goods supplied.
Redcurrent will not in any case be liable for any lost profit (direct or indirect), deletion or corruption of electronically or digitally stored information or incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with this website, the content and the products and services available or accessible on the website.
